Nice to meet you! I'm Olivia.
I am a University of Texas at Austin alumna, having graduated in May of 2018 with a 4.0 GPA in English. I earned a minor in Business and a certificate in Creative Writing and specialized in writing and editing long-form content for the University’s literary journal and writing center. Aside from my time as a Longhorn student and employee, I created SEO-friendly blog posts and digital assets under a tight deadline for Muse Outlet, an e-commerce startup, and Publisher's Weekly, an international news website. At the beginning of 2020, I served as a technical writer for the Learning and Development leadership team at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, where I transposed and revised technical requirements into high-quality documentation. Most recently, I conducted in-depth interviews and provided technical writing assistance to civil engineers on proposal materials, distilling complex information into clear, concise messaging. I now have the unique joy and privilege to serve as a proposal writer for Weston Solutions, a premier provider of environmental and infrastructure support services.
